For today, I have an all-new workout for you! This was originally filmed for Fit Revolution, which is the *secret* project I’ve been working on!! I’m so excited about this new opportunity and the chance to provide more workout videos for you. This was co-founded by one of my good friends, Jen, and is an online platform packed with workout videos, healthy recipe ideas and techniques, stretching, and meditation. She put together an amazing team of fitness professionals in the health and wellness space and I’m so honored and excited to be included.

I originally planned this workout for FR, but cut off my head when I do the step-ups (face palm) so I’m sharing it here. I promise that there are no cut-off heads in the FR app. This is a super sweaty mix of strength and cardio. We do 5 minutes of strength, a 4-minute Tabata, and repeat this entire series 3 times. It’s one of my very favorite ways to train and I hope you love this one!
